12 Pillars to Elevate Your Vibration

Attending university sparked the deep, personal desire to change the world. I thought changing the world was done yelling and arguing with people or protesting and marching. So that is what I did. But once I started traveling, I realized that to change the world, I must start with myself. I needed to align my thoughts with my words and ultimately with my actions. This realization led to the exploration of numerous, diverse practices that took me years to integrate into my life. With these new habits, I noticed that I was vibrating at a higher level. Vibrating at a higher level allowed me to view the world in a new and fresh way. Slowly but surely, my mission appeared in the form of helping others vibrate at a higher level. I have hopes of spreading this through the world to assist all humans to vibrate at a higher level. And that is why I created the 12 Pillars to Elevate Your Vibration.  

The 12 pillars are as followers,

  1. The Science of Breathing introduces proper, complete breathing and how you can integrate correct breathing into your life.

  2. An Example of Eating discusses the sound eating habits and times of day to participate in the sacred practice of eating.

  3. The Hows of Hydration focuses on both the sheer amount of water in the human body and how to ensure healthy hydration.

  4. Satiating Sleep examines the importance of deep sleep and the ideal environments to reach nightly levels of deep, satisfying sleep. 

  5. Mindful Movement addresses how the body needs to move in order to achieve optimal levels of health and happiness.

  6. The Morning Routine encourages the reader to design a suitable morning routine based on simple practices that can create big changes. 

  7. Required Relaxation concentrates on the difficulties of relaxing in today’s fast moving world and provides ideas to help the reader obtain maximum benefits from proper relaxation. 

  8. In Search of Nature outlines the benefits of fresh air and direct sunlight to achieving an elevated vibration. 

  9. Connected Communities spotlights the need of participating in community to ensure a sense of belonging and balance.

  10. Meditation and Mindfulness reaches into history to explore a touch of the plethora of benefits that meditation and mindfulness provide.   

  11. The Power of Music analyzes three aspects around music and how each of them lead to a fuller life and mental equilibrium.  

  12. Tales of Travel relates how both physical travel and psychedelic trips can lead to life transformative changes.

This was my personal path that I would like to share with everyone not to repeat it step by step, but to light a spark in you to create your own practice. Humanity needs people to serve and in order to properly serve, we need to be vibrating on a higher frequency.
